Marisa Cunsolo provides strategic leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals, families, and businesses navigating the Canadian immigration system. Growing up in a family business, Marisa developed a strong foundation in leadership, client service, and operational management from an early age. She further honed her skills under the mentorship of Yolanda Caruso, RCIC, gaining invaluable insight into immigration policy, case management, and client advocacy.

Xenia Martinez Moreno
Senior Immigration Case Manager
With a strong academic background in legal studies, immigration, and business administration, Xenia Martinez Moreno is dedicated to supporting clients throughout every stage of their immigration journey with care, precision, and professionalism.
Xenia earned her Paralegal Diploma from Canadian Business College in November 2013, establishing a solid foundation in legal documentation and procedural accuracy. She later completed the Immigration Consultant (Honours) program at Academy of Learning Career College in February 2019, further strengthening her understanding of Canadian immigration processes and case preparation. In July 2020, she completed a Business Administration Diploma at Academy of Learning Career College, enhancing her ability to manage complex files and support immigration operations efficiently.
In her role, Xenia supports clients by coordinating documentation, preparing application materials, tracking timelines, and working closely with regulated immigration consultants and legal professionals. She is known for her strong attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to handling each file with accuracy, compliance, and care.
